Join me in this hour-long class to release stress and find relaxation within your breath and the practice of postures that will make you feel empowered and relaxed.

At the end of the class there's a herbal tea for everyone to enjoy!

Please bring a mat with you, bottle of water and a blanket for the cold days! (if you don't have a mat I can provide one for the class)
