What should I bring to class?

Just yourself, comfortable clothing you can move in, and a water bottle. Yoga mats and props (such as blocks) are provided unless otherwise stated.

 

Do I need experience to join?

Not at all. Classes are open to all levels, including complete beginners. Options are always offered so you can practice in a way that feels right for your body.

 

What style of yoga do you teach?

My classes are a blend of Hatha Yoga traditional and flow. It's a mindful, breath-led movement with an emphasis on balance, strength, and relaxation. The focus is always on how the practice feels, not how it looks.

 

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Yes, beginners are very welcome. I guide each class step by step, with modifications offered throughout so everyone can move at their own pace.

 

How early should I arrive?

Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes before class begins so you can settle in without rushing.

 

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. Layers are a good idea, especially for relaxation at the end of class.

 

Can I eat before class?

It’s best to avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before practice. A light snack is absolutely fine if you need it.

 

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes, private 1:1 sessions are available online for those who want a more personalised practice tailored to their needs and goals and a the comfort of your own home.

 

Do I need to book in advance?

Advance booking is recommended as spaces may be limited.

 

Where are classes held?

Class locations vary depending on the session. Full details will be provided on the schedule page.
