Shanti Yoga is run by Maite Ayliffe, a Yoga Alliance certified teacher with professional liability insurance. By using this website, booking classes, or participating in our activities, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Classes and Payments

• All bookings are made via the payment methods available on the website.

• Payments are personal and non-transferable, made directly to Maite Ayliffe.

• Classes include in-person and online sessions, details of which can be found in the relevant section of the website.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy​

At Shanti Yoga, we want you to enjoy your classes and have a calm, flexible experience. To help us manage classes and always offer you a spot, please keep the following in mind:

• If you can’t attend a class, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This way, we can help you reschedule your class for another date that suits you.

• We do not offer cash refunds, but your payment can be applied to another class according to availability.

• We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so we are happy to consider exceptional cases individually.

Our goal is to make your experience at Shanti Yoga positive, and to give you the opportunity to keep practising without worries.

4. Liability

• Yoga practice involves physical effort and requires awareness of your own limits.

• Neither Shanti Yoga nor Maite Ayliffe shall be held responsible for any injuries or damages arising from participation in classes or from using website content.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site (texts, images, videos, class materials) is the property of Shanti Yoga or its authors and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Data Protection

• Personal data is used solely to manage bookings, payments, and class-related communications.

• Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except to process payments or comply with legal obligations.
