13th of December 9.30am to 10.30am Focusing on traditional yoga techniques including asana practice, breathwork, and meditation to promote physical and mental well-being. Open to all levels. Please bring a mat, water and a blanket. To book your space, please send me an email to hello@mayshantiyoga.co.uk Payment can be made with cash in person or by transfer before the class. I'll send an email with a confirmation and the bank details for the payment.
